In April 2013, The Republic of Turkey introduced the eVisa system to allow citizens of certain nationalities to apply online for a visa to enter Turkey.
Travellers are required to fill in the form and make a payment online. The application is internally reviewed and processed. The approved visa is sent by email to the traveller as soon as it is approved.
